I'm looking for two people

NeovraX is growing and I can't do everything alone. Both roles are contractor-based (Czech IČO), fully remote — Prague is a plus, not a requirement. Czech language is needed for both.

Sales partner

You bring the client and negotiate the terms, I deliver the solution. Commission on every signed contract.

What you'll do
  • Actively find companies where AI and automation genuinely fit
  • Call, write, arrange meetings and lead sales negotiations
  • Negotiate terms and bring the client to a signed contract
  • Hand the client over with context — I handle the technical side and delivery
Who I'm looking for
  • B2B sales experience, or a strong drive to learn it in practice
  • Self-sufficiency — no reports for reports' sake, results count
  • Fair dealing: we only sell what genuinely helps the client
Compensation
15–20%commission on every signed contract
0 CZKentry costs or obligations
↑commission grows with results
How the collaboration works
  • Commission is paid on genuinely signed contracts — no fixed cap, no client limit
  • You get materials: pricing, references from delivered projects and help with the pitch
  • Contractor invoicing, fully remote, Prague is a plus for in-person client meetings

Junior Instagram management

Basic care of the NeovraX Instagram profile. Suitable as a side income — alongside studies, parental leave or another job.

What you'll do
  • Create and schedule 1–2 posts a week plus stories — simple graphics, Canva is fine
  • Reply to comments and messages
  • Watch what works and summarise it briefly once a month
Who I'm looking for
  • You use Instagram actively and know what looks good on it
  • You can handle the basics of Canva or a similar tool — nothing complicated expected
  • You write Czech clearly and without mistakes
  • Reliability — a small but regular commitment
Compensation
2–5k CZKper month as a base
+more after agreed KPIs are met

  • Contractor invoicing, fully remote, Prague is a plus (occasional shoots)
  • Junior role: I don't expect an agency portfolio or pro-level graphics — I expect interest and reliability
