Not at all. I only need you to understand your business — what slows you down, where you lose time. The technical part is my job. I explain everything in plain language, no jargon.

Smaller projects within 3 weeks, complex ones within 6 weeks. You see the first working result within 14 days of starting.
No. The solution is developed separately and deployed only after verification. Training takes 1–2 hours on average.
A detailed solution proposal, a fixed price quote and a timeline — you know exactly what you'll get, when, and for how much. No hidden fees.
Depends on scope. A simple chatbot goes live in 1–2 weeks, an advanced agent with integrations in 2–4 weeks, a complex solution with analytics in 4–6 weeks. But you always know the fixed price and timeline before you sign.
Pricing & payments
Indicative. You get an exact price within 48 hours after the intro call — always as a fixed amount. I never charge more than agreed up front. I'm not a VAT payer, so the quoted price is final.
Yes. For projects from €2,000: 50% at the start, 50% at handover. Larger projects individually.
Yes. The pricing is designed so you can assemble a solution that fits exactly. For larger scopes I offer a discount.
A Basic service agreement from €159/month, an Extended one with priority from €359/month, or an hourly rate of €60/hour.
Development runs in 2-week cycles, so you see progress continuously and can adjust course. If the result doesn't match the specification, I fix it within the 6-month warranty period free of charge.
After handover you get 30 days of free support. Then it depends on the solution — a simple chatbot runs on minimal operating costs (API fees in the tens of euros per month). For advanced solutions I offer monthly support by agreement. No hidden fees.
Technical & security
Yes. I integrate with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), ERPs (SAP and local systems), e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce), communication tools (Slack, Teams, Gmail) and more. If your system has an API, I'll connect it.
Yes. GDPR compliant, encrypted data transfer (TLS 1.3), EU infrastructure. For projects with sensitive data, on request: AES-256, audit logs, penetration tests, on-premise deployment.
Complex cases always escalate to a human — the AI never makes high-risk decisions on its own. I continuously monitor performance and tune the solution after deployment.
No. At handover, all rights to the code and documentation transfer to you. You get the full system — if you move to another developer, it won't be a problem.
Whatever your customers speak — the models I use have excellent support for English and most European languages, including Czech. Multilingual support is possible within a single agent.
