No. The automation connects to your current tools via APIs or webhooks. Nothing needs to change — we add a layer that connects what you already have.
A first automation can be live within a week. More complex workflows take 2–3 weeks. I calculate the ROI up front, so you know exactly how much the automation will save you.
Every workflow has monitoring and alerting. If something fails, you get a notification and I fix the problem. It's included in the monthly support — you're not on your own.
Practically anything with an API: Slack, Teams, Gmail, Outlook, Google Workspace, CRMs (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce), e-commerce (Shopify, WooCommerce), accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero and local systems), storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive). If your system has no API, we'll find a workaround.
Monthly support is part of the package. I keep an eye on everything and solve issues proactively. Nothing for you to manage — just enjoy the hours you're getting back.
A simple automation (one process, two connected systems) starts at €199 one-off. More complex workflows with multiple steps and conditions are priced individually by scope — you'll get an exact quote after the intro call.
